The Chef Olivier Nuret and his team welcome you every day (except Monday) be you guests of the hotel or not.

This summer, at La Cachette, the sunny terrace of the Avancher, we’ll offer you aperitives boards made of fresh local products, to enjoy with a nice cocktail !

In the evening, from 7pm, the recipe is simple: fresh local ingredients for gourmet cuisine, home-style appetisers, a selection of meats, a variety of fondues and, of course, the famous ” Traditional Raclette ” which has made the reputation of the house.

The raclette is delicately browned under the central oven of the restaurant and is served on a plate, as tradition demands. It is the only place in Val D’Isère where you can enjoy it in this way.

From 10am to 11.30pm, the bar opens its doors to guests of Val D’Isere. Head to the lounge to relax in a cosy and warm atmosphere. For extra atmosphere, head to the tavern area. The diversified wine list offers a wide range of wines served by the glass. At lunchtime, you can also enjoy simple, fast and refined food. This season’s novelty is our cocktail bar, straight out of our team’s creative imagination.
