Chef Olivier Nuret and his team welcome both hotel guests and visitors every evening, except Mondays.
In the evening, from 7:00 PM, true to our values, we offer fresh, local products in order to offer gourmet cuisine including homemade starters, selected meats, a number of different fondues and of course the iconic “Raclette à l’ancienne”: delicately scorched under the central oven and served straight onto your plate, as tradition requires. In fact we are the only restaurant to offer this dish.
For lunch, durring the winter, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Chef offers you fresh home-made pastas served with various sauces like Deer bolonese or Vegetarian with crunchy vegetables.

Whether you’re a hotel guest or not, from 11am until midnight, come and enjoy the friendly atmosphere at the bar counter or the warmth of the fireplace in the lounge area. Choose your wine from a hand picked selection, offering references and recommendations, also served by the glass. Or you may prefer one of our crafted beers or a home made cocktail while tasting a board of charcuterie from the “Maison Guy Gros”.
